Here are a few testimonials from my past customers.
I recently purchased a used bike which had a number of issues which needed correcting. Andy went out of his way to help me, great service and value too. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Fixed my bottom bracket click when a local bike shop* had failed to fix the source of the click on three successive occasions.

Absolutely top class service and wont ever use an alternative bike repair service again. Highly recommended and extremely convenient as he came to my house to fix my Specialised Rockhoper, bled the brakes, fitted new pads and sorted out my warped rear wheel as well as providing bags of useful advice. Top man, top service.

First class service - Andy arrived dead on time to my home to fix my gears that had been written off by the bike shop. Cheerful, efficient service from someone who clearly knows bikes inside out and loves his work. I shan't be going anywhere else in future.

Can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic with flexibility, patience when asking questions, does a great job, then has the enthusiasm to talk you through everything completed. The bike was in a really bad state after commuting throughout winter, but Andy got everything done at really late notice (teh day before) a ride from Glasgow to London. The bike was faultless. Can also publicly 'fess up that the missing bolt was found on my kitchen windowsill, but he managed to sort that out too.

Over the years, I've tried out 5 local bike shops and I was starting to think it was like trying to find a good garage to service my car.
Recently, I had visited two bike shops with two problems. I explained that I thought my big chain ring was bent or the bottom bracket was in a wrong and that I I thought I had broken one of my ergos.
I ended up coming away with a new chain ring costing £60 (it did not fix the problem) and no change to my suspected broken ergo as both shops said they would just replace the entire part - expensive.
I then thought I would try Andy
I popped around to his house and within 30 seconds he had diagnosed the bent chain ring as the incorrect spacer on one of the bolts on my chain ring, what a waste of £60 by the other shop! I left the bike with him to look at the ergo. He brought the bike back around to my house that evening and he had fixed my ergo problem. There was nothing broken in the ergo, he had corrected the indexing of the gears so it did not over ratchet and it now its working great. He took the time to explain in detail all the work done and the reasoning done behind it.
He did all of this plus giving it a once over for £15 (including delivery of my bike).
I was very impressed with his work and enthusiasm and can throughly recommend him.

Andy has worked on 4 of our bikes from rebuilding my winter road bike to fitting rear mech., bottom brackets, truing wheels, sorting gears. He is very knowledgeable economical (you can source your own parts) I have paid 1/2 the price a bike shop would charge and had the convenience of him coming to me is great. I recommend him with no hesitation. He is also a pleasant guy.

Andy came to my place of work (which was really convenient) to collect my bike for a service and safety check, he took it in the morning and it was back by midday and was riding much smoother than it was. Fantastic job done, very reasonable price. Im someone who doesnt know the technical workings of a bike and Andy was able to answer my questions and explain the work he had done without confusing me. 11 out of 10!!

Highly recommend Andy and his service. Efficient, convenient, professional and very competitively priced.
Andy visited me at home and worked on several bikes including high spec Kona Kula and Giant XCR as well as four other family bikes. His knowledge and expertise extends across the whole range and he is very generous with advice and tips to keep you in the saddle and ensure you avoid unecessary spend - unlike most bike shops I've experienced, where their first instinct is to swap or sell you something rather than fix/repair. Top bloke, top job and wish him the continued success he deserves :-)

Andy turned up ahead of schedule, at an office which wasn't the easiest place to find! He sorted out a slow puncture quickly and efficiently. His service does exactly what it says on the tin - I'll be booking him again.

Quick service, diagnosed some problems I didn't even know existed and was extremely cheap. Couldn't ask for more really. Highly recommended.

Hi Andy, just wanted to say many thanks for your advice regarding MTB winter tyres. I bought and fitted the Schwalbe Muddy Mary's and have been mightily impressed with them! Once again thanks for the great advice and I'll be in touch soon to book services for both my MTB and road bikes. Cheers, Richard :-)
