A big congratulations goes out to one of my best customers Lizzie Spencer.
Lizzie is a very talented Triathlete and is now the European Age group Champion!
After competing at the TU European Triathlon Championships in Pontevedra, Spain last month Lizzie fought off a highly
competitive field to win her age group and bring home the gold.
I am proud to be her mechanic and wish her success for the rest of the year.

When the spring pops in to action the Bike Doctor will once again be going out on to the road. Throughout the spring & summer I will be setting up the Mobile Workshop at a local riding venue near you. As well as being on hand to deal with any mechanical emergencies I will be offering free safety checks, bike advice to all .
